- Plan ahead and compile a list of referees, so you're prepared when a prospective employer requests them.

- Ensure you are contactable or have voicemail.
- Update any valid licences or tickets that are relevant to the job you may be looking for.

If shortlisted HORNER will conduct a telephone conversation clarifying core criteria. Prepare yourself by keeping records of the positions you are applying for and what are the skills and experience required.
