HORNER Recruitment sources applicants and candidates via:
- The internet or
- Various Online and Print Media Sources including Social Media
- Referral Networks
- HORNER’s Database of registered candidates
TELEPHONE CONVERSATION/SCREEN
HORNER will conduct a telephone conversation clarifying core criteria and previous employment with applicants.
HORNER INTERVIEW
HORNER conducts face to face interviews and verifies working rights and any qualifications/training certificates/tickets/licences.
SKILL / PSYCHOMETRIC EVALUATION
Undertake skill and psychometric evaluation (if applicable to the position) after interview on the same day.
SHORTLIST
HORNER will:
- prepare shortlist for the position including:
- candidate employment history
- skill evaluation results
- copies of relevant qualifications/training/licences etc
CLIENT INTERVIEW
HORNER will:
- co-ordinate shortlisted applicants to attend an interview with the Client/Employer if applicable.
SHORTLIST
HORNER will:
- consult with Client/Employer on interview outcome.
- agree preferred candidate(s) to next stage.
REFERENCE CHECK
HORNER will:
POLICE CHECK
HORNER will:
- activate police check if applicable and requested by the Client/Employer.
MEDICAL
HORNER will:
- activate medical if applicable and requested by the Client/Employer.
OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
HORNER will:
- make employment offer on behalf of Client/Employer.
- client / Employer to activate formal letter of offer /employment contract procedure.
FOLLOW UP GUARANTEE
HORNER will:
- make contact with Client/Employer on the successful applicant’s first day, end of their first week and at monthly intervals throughout the Probation Period to ensure that there is a smooth transition of the new employee into their new career.
