Permanent Staff Placements
The recruitment and selection process does not end when the client selects a candidate who meets all of the criteria and wants to work for the new organisation. One of the most critical processes to ensure longevity of a permanent placement is the provision of follow up.
Most of the work related issues are covered during the preliminary meetings, interviews and feedback sessions, but in a general fashion rather than specific.
Specific expectations from either the employer or employee will inevitably surface over time as they unfold in a natural progression. It is during these first weeks and months that Horner maintains a healthy balance of contact to both parties in order to provide counselling and resolution to any or all issues that arise. The contact is essentially a very efficient form of feedback to assess and interpret the changing circumstances whenever they occur.
The primary goal of Horner is to ensure the total success of the recruitment process to the satisfaction of all parties concerned. This is achieved when the employer’s expectation of the new candidate performance is met, when the candidate acknowledges that they are happy, enthusiastic and confident that all of the job aspects are per expectations and when the candidate has successfully assimilated into the new workforce.
