1) What’s your superpower?
Relationships with candidates and clients! I love people and what makes them tick; why they wake up in the morning, what they enjoy the most out of life. This all relates back to what job is most suitable for them.
2) What do you find most rewarding about working in recruitment?
I enjoy the challenge of sourcing the right on-hired employee that fits well with the organisation’s culture and environment. I find it rewarding to develop working partnerships with my clients and provide a positive and beneficial experience when engaging a recruitment consultancy.
3) If we’re sitting here a year from now celebrating what a great year it’s been for you in this role, what did we achieve together as a team?
A great year of team success and growth, also the expansion of our executive search and mapping services across a wide range of industry sectors. Our search network is growing daily as is the up take of clients utilising this specialised service.
4) What do you enjoy most about working in recruitment?
It’s varied and dynamic working with C-Suit clients and there is great satisfaction gained from placing key senior decision-makers into executive positions!
