We&#8217;ve decided it\u2019s time to introduce a new logo that better reflects our work and an exceptional service history. The time for change is now.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2015\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-01.cms-ap-v2i.applyflow.com\/horner-au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Raising-the-Bar-in-Recruitment-600x400-600x400-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To explain the journey from old to new, we&#8217;ve interviewed Peter Langford (<span style=\"color: #d50032\">Horner<\/span> Director) and asked him a few short questions about the new-look for <span style=\"color: #d50032\">Horner<\/span>:<\/p>\n<h6>WHY IS NOW THE TIME FOR CHANGE?<\/h6>\n<p>\u201cAfter more than 10 years with our famous hand logo, we felt it was time for change. This was a result of market testing and our own internal thoughts around the past, present and future direction of the brand. Our business has evolved. We needed a fresh image to represent this evolution, to define our agility and our strength within today\u2019s market \u2013 the things that <span style=\"color: #d50032\">Horner<\/span> is today. <span style=\"color: #d50032\">Horner<\/span> is excited for a change, and we think our clients and candidates will be excited too.\u201d<\/p>\n<h6>FOR YOU, WHAT&#8217;S THE MOST IMPORTANT ELEMENT OF THE REBRAND?<\/h6>\n<p>\u201cRepresenting the true <span style=\"color: #d50032\">Horner<\/span>. We needed a new brand that portrayed our professional yet approachable nature, along with our Melbourne focus. For me, the new branding is more sophisticated and contemporary; it reflects our growth and development over the years \u2013 particularly over the past decade. Importantly, our new image is respectful of the talented people who make up the <span style=\"color: #d50032\">Horner<\/span> team, and it provides them with yet another reason to be proud of their organisation and what we stand for.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2016\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-01.cms-ap-v2i.applyflow.com\/horner-au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/We-Are-Hr-600x400-600x400-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<h6>WHAT DOES THIS REBRAND MEAN FOR CLIENTS?<\/h6>\n<p>\u201cI truly believe that our new branding reflects the diversity and quality of work we do for our clients and better represents our standing in the Recruitment and HR Services sector. While our previous logo was easily identifiable and served us well for many years, this new branding sends a clear and strong message that <span style=\"color: #d50032\">Horner<\/span> moves with the rapid rate of change in business and adapts well to service the needs of our clients \u2013 and always will. In our 43rd year of operation we are stronger, more capable and more agile than we\u2019ve ever been, and we\u2019re ready for more.\u201d<\/p>\n<h6>HAVE YOU DECIDED ON YOUR FINAL LOGO DESIGN?<\/h6>\n<p>\u201cYes, and we can\u2019t wait to launch it! The typeface chosen aims to solidify our position of strength and longstanding legacy within the recruitment industry. I couldn&#8217;t be happier with the end result. We&#8217;re really excited to share the new-look <span style=\"color: #d50032\">Horner<\/span> with our community of clients, candidates and partners. The new-look <span style=\"color: #d50032\">Horner<\/span> brand is modern in its design and signals authenticity, confidence and sophistication.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h6>THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS, DID YOU UNEARTH ANY KEY MESSAGES UNIQUE TO THE HORNER BRAND?<\/h6>\n<p>&#8220;At our core, we&#8217;re Melbourne Recruitment Specialists.
