{"id":2413,"date":"2019-09-20T04:00:06","date_gmt":"2019-09-20T04:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/horner-au.ap.applyflow.com\/uncategorized\/the-horner-wellness-weekend\/"},"modified":"2024-11-12T02:20:12","modified_gmt":"2024-11-12T02:20:12","slug":"the-horner-wellness-weekend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.horner.com.au\/the-horner-wellness-weekend\/","title":{"rendered":"The Horner Wellness Weekend!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Caring\u201d, \u201chelpful\u201d, \u201creliable\u201d, \u201cconsultative\u201d and \u201cefficient\u201d were in the top 10 words used to describe the culture at Horner that came out of our training workshops at a recent company <strong>\u201cHorner Wellness Weekend\u201d<\/strong>.\u00a0 This illustrates that the team truly believe and demonstrates our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horner.com.au\/about\/\">Horner Purpose, Vision and Values<\/a> in particular that we are \u201cCommitted to achieve\u201d, \u201cPrincipled\u201d, \u201cCollaborative by nature\u201d, \u201cTrusted to deliver\u201d and \u201cEngaged and fulfilled\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Set in the picturesque surrounds of the Mornington Peninsula, the team were blessed with blue skies and sunshine for our jammed packed weekend of training workshops, team building, activities, relaxing and fun!<\/p>\n<p>On both the Saturday and Sunday mornings, the team participated in High-Performance Teams training workshops.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cWellness\u201d element of the weekend ramped up on Saturday afternoon with staff heading off to explore Mornington Peninsula and enjoy a range of amazing activities.
