Dedicated manager helps to ‘brick wall’ key clients<\/em><\/h2>\n

After appointing a dedicated manager, Horner Recruitment is retaining more of its key clients and building stronger relationships, according to CEO Kylie Heffernan.<\/em><\/p>\n

National client relations manager Phil Webster’s “sole purpose” is to sit between Horner’s top 20 clients and the consulting teams, “to make sure that we are completely across everything that the client needs, all of the changes and their goals”, Heffernan tells Shortlist.<\/em><\/p>\n

“He is there to make sure that the client genuinely feels valued. So he’s fully aware of when contracts are coming up for renewal, looking for continuous improvement, and what other value we can add,” Heffernan says…<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
