The employment, obligations, and risk fall on the labour hire provider.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Why is a Labour Hire Licence important?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Labour Hire Licenses prevent the exploitation of workers by labour hire providers, ensuring that providers meet a minimum standard of safe and fair working conditions.
