Janny first joined in 2022 as a Candidate Care Specialist, where she quickly made an impact with her dedication and exceptional people skills. Her hard work and commitment to excellence earned her a well-deserved promotion to Consultant, specialising in temporary recruitmen<\/a>t in blue-collar<\/a> and government<\/a> sectors.<\/p>\n

Janny shined early in her career with us, winning our internal award for the October-December 2022 quarter for demonstrating our purpose, vision and values. This recognition was a testament to her dedication and alignment with our company culture.<\/p>\n

After gaining additional industry experience with another agency, Janny has chosen to return to Horner – a testament to the fantastic team environment and opportunities we provide. This time, she\u2019s expanding her expertise to cover both blue- and white-collar recruitment, as well as healthcare and medical recruitment.<\/p>\n
