Customer Service/Marketing Administrator

DESCRIPTION

  • Permanent fulltime position with leading clothing & apparel distributor
  • Position based in Tullamarine
  • Assist retail marketing and e-commerce teams

This leading clothing and apparel distributor requires a Customer Service/Marketing Administrator for its Tullamarine head office.
The distributor of a well-known fashion brand, this growing business provides a supportive workplace environment for its team of dedicated staff.
This position stands as an excellent career opportunity for those seeking to further develop their career in retail industry marketing and administration.

Duties

Your regular duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Process all returns and exchanges that come in.
  • Answer customer calls and respond to emails.
  • Check and respond appropriately to Facebook messages.
  • Check and create verifications for customer orders.
  • Assist other departments such as Operations with retail orders and administration tasks.
  • Assist e-commerce team with tasks as required.
  • Provide general administration support to the marketing team.


Skills & Experience

  • Enthusiastic and driven individual with a can-do approach.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably retail/wholesale.
  • Excellent administration, organisational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Exposure to retail marketing or e-commerce is highly desirable.
  • Sound computer skills including Excel and Word.
