Storeworker

  • 10am - 2pm - perfect for school pick-up/drop-off

  • Suited to mechanically minded storepeople

DESCRIPTION

Provide general warehouse, kit assembly and service duties and to support peak periods of customer service at Integrated Transfer Solutions, a company focussing on the marketing, sales, service and support of a specialised range of products for the safe and environmentally friendly transfer and handling of agricultural, general and industrial fluids, chemicals and fuels.

What you will be doing:

  • Carrying out general warehouse duties: receipt, picking, packing, despatch and related tasks
  • Perform assembly and service work as required
  • Assist the sales process by attending to customer orders by phone and email in times of peak activity, or as required

About you:

  • Someone who is conscientious, reliable and keen to learn
  • Forklift License (required)
  • Good phone manner and written communication skills to help process phone orders and enquiries
  • Proactive and adaptable
  • Well organized, methodical: a good “house-keeper”
  • Mechanically capable of light assembly and service work on pumps, meters and couplings etc, very limited heavy lifting
  • Computer literate (Office 365, MYOB, StarTrack freight system)

About the role:

  • Permanent, part time position (approx. 4-5 hours per day at a mutually agreeable time)
  • Up to $30 per hour + 10% super + annual bonus
  • Smoke free workplace
