• Permanent Afternoon Shift position
• Join leading wholesaler & distributor |  Role based in Prestons, NSW
• Must have previous warehouse supervisor experience

The Australian Brushware Corporation/DIY Resolutions group of companies are importers, distributors and manufacturers of painting tools and flat packed storage products, including the Kaboodle brand, for kitchens, laundries and bathrooms. 
These products are supplied to leading retailers throughout Australia and New Zealand.

A fulltime permanent Warehouse Supervisor (Afternoon Shift) is now required for Australian Brushware’s busy NSW warehouse located in Prestons.

About the Role

• Full-time permanent Afternoon Shift position supervising up to 15 staff.
• Hands-on role comprising mix of supervising, manual handling and forklift operation duties in fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Oversee container unloaders, pick packers and forklift drivers.
• Meet deadlines and KPIs for pick rates, put-aways and container unloading.
• Run toolbox talks and ensure staff adhere to OH&S polices & procedures.
• Hours of work will be 3pm to 11pm (Monday to Friday) with occasional overtime.

About You

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Strong people management skills and previous experience in a supervisor or team leader position in a fast-paced warehouse (preferably afternoon shift).
• A proactive and hands-on approach to your duties and commitment to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse OH&S procedures and the ability to monitor and address safety hazards.
• Strong understanding of WMS systems and previous experience using Outlook email software.
• A current LF forklift licence.
