This growing international logistics business requires a full-time Warehouse Team Leader to join the outbound section of its busy 3PL facility in Smithfield.

This job suits an experienced warehouse team leader seeking long-term career growth opportunities in the 3PL logistics sector.

Duties
Reporting to the Outbound Manager, this will be a hands-on and fast-paced role supervising a team of pick-packing staff. You will supervise 30 to 50 workers during peak periods.

Regular duties will include:

• Supervision of the picking team, ensuring orders are completed in line with customer KPIs.
• Picking of daily volumes and coordinating staff for the task.
• Inducting and training permanent and casual staff on pick and pack processes.
• Operating the company’s Warehouse Management System software and RF scanning systems.
• Manual handling tasks as required.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience supervising warehouse staff.
• Energetic personality and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Previous experience in warehouse pick and pack procedures.
• Confident computer skills including previous use of Warehouse Management System software and RF scanning systems.
