With the potential of imprisonment of up to 20 years for individuals and fines of up to $16.5 million for companies, it is critical for all businesses, regardless of size or industry, to understand and prepare for these new laws.
As the new Victorian workplace manslaughter laws commence on 1st July 2020, now is the time for all organisations to focus on these new laws and take steps to prepare.

The webinar will be hosted by Horner Recruitment’s Director, Peter Langford, and our guest speaker Gina Capasso of KHQ Lawyers, an expert lawyer in workplace health and safety laws, will discuss and provide guidance on solutions to the questions and issues confronting businesses under these impending new laws.
