Candidate of the Month: Agatha
A devoted, resilient, well-liked and received worker is how our clients describe Agatha. Initially, Agatha was a referral from one of our contacts with whom we have been working for some time to help employ job ready candidates. While at Horner she has been a model candidate!
Congratulations to Agatha on being recognised as Horner’s Candidate of the Month Award for February 2019!
Agatha demonstrates the Horner Values in the following ways:
- Committed to achieve | Agatha was committed to building relationships and finding employment opportunities through Horner.
- Trusted to deliver | Agatha has worked for Horner for the past 2 years on 4 separate assignments including her first which was in the North (Heidelberg) as she was travelling from the West. She always attended assignments on time and always received positive feedback.
- Principled | Agatha would regularly contact her consultant and Horner with any updates including time not available, any OH&S concerns and site specific information.
- Engaged and fulfilled | due to Agatha’s positive attitude, she has gained constant work over this time and has often been requested back at our sites.
- Collaborative by nature | while at a client visit in December, Agatha had supplied her fellow staff members with lollies, biscuits and icy poles.
- Courageous | Agatha has recently been offered a permanent role with one of our clients and has accepted.
Due to Agatha’s positive attitude and work ethic, she has gained constant work over her time at Horner and has often been requested back at our sites and has been offered a permanent role. Always punctual, positive, helpful and a hard worker! Horner is sad to say goodbye to a great worker, we wish her well in her future and hope she enjoys the movies!
