Helping Local Government serve the community

Horner is proud to have a long association with the government sector, in particular local government. Our Government clients access our services directly or via numerous procurement arrangements.

We are proud to announce that we have been re-appointed on the panel of suppliers to the Procurement Australia contract following a rigorous tendering process.

Our re-appointment to the panel for the third consecutive contract is a reflection testament to the quality of staff and service Horner provides to our clients.

The Procurement Australasia contract now extends beyond local government to utilities, not-for-profit and church association. If you are a Procurement Australia member you will be able to access our service through this contract at reduced rates and fees.

What categories has Horner been appointed to?

 Horner has successfully been approved to provide services across the following categories:

  • Category 1: Permanent Recruitment – Executive
  • Category 2: Permanent Recruitment – Entry/Middle/ Senior Level Staff
  • Category 3: Temporary Recruitment
  • Category 8: Career Transitions Programs and Human Resource Consultancy Services
  • Category 9: Psychometric Testing and Skills Assessments
  • Category 10: Unbundled Recruitment Services
  • Category 13: Police & Background Check / Fit to Work Solutions

The new contract commences on January 1, 2021.
