Horner Recruitment appoints new General Manager

Horner welcomes new General Manager

I’m very pleased to announce the appointment of Kylie Heffernan to the role of General Manager of the Horner business, effective Monday, 17th August 2020.

Kylie comes to us with 24 years experience in the national recruitment scene, primarily in Melbourne, and will add a new level of rigour to our executive team and service delivery structure.

Most recently Kylie served as General Manager for Hoban Recruitment where over the past 16 years she performed numerous management roles. Kylie has been a well-known and respected competitor for many years and we value her vast industry experience and demonstrated success in servicing similar client sectors to those in which we operate.

At Horner, Kylie will take on full management responsibility for our recruitment operations and is charged with ensuring quality service delivery and driving further growth and expansion into new sectors. I admire Kylie’s energy and passion for our industry and her courage and determination to succeed. She will no doubt challenge our thinking and bring a fresh perspective.

I hope it won’t be too long before you have the opportunity to meet Kylie in person but meanwhile she, like many of our team, will be working from home as we abide by the necessary State Government protocols to ensure the safety of our workers and clients alike. Message from Kylie Heffernan

To all the Horner community,

I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to bring my experience and capabilities to the already successful business of Horner Recruitment.

I thrive on helping my teams grow and develop and my core belief of ‘people are key’ (which aligns closely with Horner’s purpose ‘Connecting people, Shaping futures’) is in sync with the foundations of Horner through its owners and the management team.

In this, our 45th year, Horner is recognised as an industry stalwart with an impeccable record for service delivery that provides me with a sound platform from which to grow the business further and continue to ‘Raise the bar in Recruitment’.
