We are proud and thrilled to announce that our very own Hanniel Dalla Rosa, Senior Consultant at Horner was named a finalist for the SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards (SARAs) in the category “Recruitment Consultant of the Year”.

Hanni exemplifies everything our industry needs in the new generation of recruiters.

She is a true recruitment professional who shines in her client and candidate engagement, dedication and service, as well as her ongoing contribution to recruitment industry and wider community particularly initiatives for improving lives of women.

Hanni specialises in permanent recruitment from entry level to executive across a range of industries. She is knowledgeable, authentic and passionate – qualities readily apparent to clients and candidates that help her build deep relationships and 5 star reviews!

Hanni is incredibly passionate about the recruitment industry, helping others make a successful transition to our sector, including as a volunteer for RCSA’s Next Gen Collective.

Whilst Hanni didn’t take out the award, making it to a finalist from a record number of submissions is a testament to the how incredible she is and the amazing work she does!  Her dedication, innovative thinking and service excellence to her clients and candidates is remarkable!  She is a winner in our eyes!
