Australian Job Agencies (which encompasses labour hire, recruitment and staffing agencies) are major drivers of jobs and economic growth. We are a $29B industry employing and placing hundreds of thousands of Australians, including professionals, tradespeople, skilled and semi-skilled workers.
Even if your organisation is based in Victoria and you are currently riding out current restrictions, future-focused HR leaders and hiring managers are beginning to make provisions for the next wave of challenges beyond lockdown and the coronavirus pandemic.
