Anton’s Mouldings is a leader in the wholesale supply of products to the Australian and New Zealand picture framing industry. About the Position

As an Accounts Payable Officer with SPS Corporation, your regular duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Raising & Processing Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all invoices are processed and reconciled accurately.
  • Daily, monthly and yearly reconciliation of Creditor Statements, invoices, and credit card statements.
  • Processing cash payments, reimbursements, and supplier requests.
  • Attending to supplier queries and assisting Accounts Receivable staff when required.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, handling a high volume of invoices.
  • Ability to undertake a diverse range of duties in a busy office environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office skills.
  • Tertiary qualification (Accounting or a relevant field desirable).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
