Eliving is currently looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the team. They are growing- quickly and need someone to shape critical elements of the data and analytics strategy. You will explore, scope, prioritise and manage new digital solutions for commercial operations. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Track consumer behaviour and trends through quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Research U.S. market for insights and inspiration, then craft solutions and strategies for Australian market
  • Track market trends, category development and brand performance and find pain-points, fall-through and fall-out during online purchasing journey
  • Apply knowledge of stats, machine learning, programming, data modelling, simulation, deep learning, and advanced mathematics to recognise patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries
  • Provide analytical expertise and thought leadership to help new product launches and brand strategies through cross-departmental corporation
  • Generate query from large operational data sets and develop BI reports to support BIA analytics
  • Work collaboratively with Data Architecture and Data Modelling team to ensure cogency between technical and functional project goals
  • All e-commerce initiatives and responsibilities, including using data insights to clarify operational strategies and improve efficiencies.
  • Be the true “Category Captain” of e-commerce to drive growth and set up a KPI matrix to evaluate media delivery performance

Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum two years’ experience in program management, ideally management consulting, strategy consulting or equivalent field
  • E-Commerce experience, including SEO and Sem
  • Advanced Excel and Power point
  • Familiarity with Python, R or similar and basic IT/cloud architecture
