DESCRIPTION

A rapidly growing child development practice has a rewarding opportunity for a Sales Administrator/Receptionist. With parking on site and a pending move to a brand-new office in Applecross, the role will provide plenty of opportunity for career development as the organisation grows.

What will you be doing:

  • Work with empathy and understanding of the client base parents who have children with developmental challenges
  • Answer incoming calls explaining services and associated fees
  • Manage client expectations regarding time frames for appointments
  • Proactively call upcoming appointments to take payments and follow up non payments
  • Liaise with doctors and therapists to manage their diary of appointments
  • Social media postings and creating content for customers
  • Research community programs and market to customers to assist with support and development
