What you will bring:

• 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Field Service Tech within a similar industry
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to do repairs on products
• Can manage multiple competing tasks at the same time
• A self-motivated team player
• Previous customer service/account management experience desirable
