For those welders and fabricators who know they can do more and want to be more, we have an opportunity with a highly respected steel fabrication business in Rosebud.

What you will be doing:

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings

• Take measurements to plan layout and procedures

• Perform precision welds on high-end steel projects to meet specific client requests

• Co-ordinate resources needed to complete the job

About you:

• Experience welding, particularly precision welding or fabricating – No qualifications required

• No experience in welding? That’s ok – if you have leadership experience, we want to talk to you

• Pride in high end, quality work – close enough is not good enough

• High attention to detail

• Confidence and motivation to work both autonomously or within a team as needed

• Punctual, reliable

• Able to travel to the Mornington Penninsula and is available to work 40hours a week

• Australian Ciitzen or Permanent Resident

About the role:

• Full time permanent position – based in Capel Sound (Rosebud)

• Hourly rate $35

• Onsite staff BBQs

• The successful candidate must have (or be able to obtain) a Police Check
