About the role
Based at Segard Masurel’s Australian head office in Sunshine, you will provide financial advice and support to the CEO as well as lead the administrative functions of the business.
You will be working in a dynamic environment where, due to the nature of business in international trading and shipping, you will regularly be required to make challenging decisions quickly.
A strong communicator with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn, this is an exciting opportunity to make this role your own and become an integral part of a growing business.
Duties
The range of duties and responsibilities you will carry out will include:
Skills & Experience
You will be an experienced and confident accounting professional, preferably with some sort of previous exposure to business within the commodity trading and international commerce sectors.
Possessing excellent communication skills, you will be able to provide informed advice at short notice to support key business decisions.
You will have a long-term commitment to learn the nature of the business and its industry with a view to ultimately being able to recommend further improvements to company systems and processes.
