About your new role:

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Recruiter who wants to join our award winning and experienced team in the heart of Melbourne CBD. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process with jobs ready for you to fill from commencement. When you build your desk further, you’ll have the freedom to take on a resource, be a mentor and share your knowledge.

Your skills and experience:

  • An ability to quickly build rapport with both clients and candidates
  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritise and assess workflow and critical tasks, to ensure clients’ needs are met
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experienced in use of standard business IT software – Word, Excel, Outlook Previous experience maintaining a CRM or HRIS (FastTrack exposure highly regarded)
  • Drive and Determination to succeed – a love of earning commission
