DESCRIPTION

Using your creative flair, you will be applying your skills in content creation and social enterprise to manage all digital advertising and reporting activities to drive greater conversion from social channels.

About the position:

  • Full time, permanent position
  • Attractive salary commensurate to experience + salary packaging + 11% superannuation
  • Flexible working arrangements by agreement
  • The successful candidate must have (or be willing to obtain) a Police Check and Working with Children Check

What you will be doing:

  • Write compelling impact stories for the catalogue, blog articles, website and social media platforms
  • Marketing of products with captivation descriptions, enhancing the brand proposition
  • Manage the social enterprise shop social media enquiries, eDM replies and unsubscribes
  • Connect with customers via social media and eDMs
  • Create and edit product descriptions, pages and images for the web in line with SEO principles
  • Market research on competitors and product trends
  • Collaborate with Fundraising and Communications team to develop markeitng and comms channels between social enterprise and fundraising streams
  • Work with trading partners to source photos and case studies from the field to use for stories and product descriptions
  • Administration support to Social Enterprise Manager

About you:

  • Graduate qualification in marketing , commerce or similar
  • Skilled in mainstream marketing (minimum 1 year of Australian experience)
  • Experience in working for a Social Enterprise organisation and an understanding of the not-for-profit sector
  • Experience in creating content for web, social media platforms and advertising
  • Passion for ethically sourced products and brand awareness Experience with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magneto etc)
  • Understanding of Google Ads and social media platforms
  • Ability to think creatively outside the box to come up with imaginative solutions within the established frameworks
  • Display attention to detail and versatility in handling competing priorities simultaneously
  • And understanding and appreciation of the Christian based beliefs and the vision, mission and values of TLMA
