As the Business Development Manager, you will use your experience in mapping and developing a logistically sound growth strategy.

- Full time permanent position
- $100-110K base + commissions + super (commensurate to experience)

- Play an instrumental role in the business’ locker roll out strategy
What you’ll be doing:
- Researching business opportunities and identifying and developing new markets to ensure business growth and goals are met.
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Increasing client base, attracting, and contacting prospective clients to grow and expand company presence.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients. Increasing the value of current clients.
- Developing quotes and business proposals for clients.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Having in-depth knowledge of business products.
What we are looking for:
- Quantifiable track record of creating, managing and converting a pipeline of opportunities into sales contracts (submitted resume should reflect your sales achievements)
- High levels of social skills, focused on building relationships and trust
- Autonomy and drive to focus on completing the tasks to achieve the sales goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Accountability
- Ideally an already established network of close contacts to grow locker locations (a strong network in the western suburbs of Melbourne will be highly regarded)
- Deep knowledge of one or more of the key market segments: commercial property management, strata management and owner’s corporations
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
