Responsibilities

This position features a diverse range of responsibilities, such as office work, assisting in the warehouse and regular travel to farms.

Responsibilities will include:

• Office-based duties such as fielding inbound customer calls, following up sales leads, emailing customers, organising shipping of customer orders and entering customer data into the company CRM.
• Regular travel to meet customers on farms across rural Victoria and interstate.
• Warehouse work including loading/unloading products, storage of machinery and picking products.
• Demonstrating machinery on site to farmers and other customers.
• Attending agricultural industry trade shows and field days.

About You

• Previous knowledge and exposure to the agricultural sector is highly desired.
• Mechanical skills and aptitude are essential, with the ability to be hands-on in the warehouse and when demonstrating machinery.
• Excellent communication skills and personable approach to customer service and sales.
• Ability to execute sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis (mainly by car) to rural locations.
