DESCRIPTION

Work with one of Melbournes largest Food Manufacturer in the Northern Suburbs of Victoria. This company manufactuers a range of premium baked goods. With the guidance from the already knowledgable team this role will propell you forward in your Human Resources Career.

In this role you will be required to work within a small team to develop and divise HR activities. This team is made up of highly experinced HR professionals who are needing extra assistance within their admin activities.

Duties:

  • Providing administration support within the HR team
  • Conduct employement and background checks
  • Regularly liase with department managers and supervisors
  • Maintaining internal databases through audits
  • Responding to general email and face to face enquires

Your skills and experince:

  • Strong experience within an administration role
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experince working within a similar role
  • Ability to problem solve and work autonomously when required
