We are currently seeking an experienced, ambitious and dynamic Industrial Recruiter who wants to join our award-winning team in the heart of Melbourne’s South East. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process with jobs ready for you to fill from commencement. Horner will provide you with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in this position, whilst offering an attractive salary package and bonus structure. Your skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role
  • Previous experience recruiting Industrial Blue Collar roles advantageous
  • Confidence to quickly build rapport with both clients and candidates
  • Drive and determination to succeed
  • Ability to prioritise and assess workflow and critical tasks, to ensure clients’ needs are met
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience maintaining a CRM or HRIS (FastTrack exposure highly regarded)
