We recruit across a wide range of industries including Local Governments, Telecommunications, Educational Institutions, Small/Medium to Large Corporations.
 
About the positions available:

At present we are Outbound Sales people,  Inbound Customer Service Consultants, Sales Administrators, Bookkeeping, AR/AP and Cash Flow Management, Admin/Reception, Data Entry people to join our team for a variety of assignments both short and long term in the City, Eastern, South Eastern and Inner Melbourne suburbs.

We have vacancies available and waiting for people with the right expertise, to meet the requirements. 

Duties vary depending on the assignment but can include:

  • Outbound Sales
  • Inbound Customer Service Consultant
  • Receptionist
  • Sales administrator
  • Account with strong Cashflow Management experience
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • General Administration
  • Data Entry

About You
To be considered for work you will be:

  • Able to work Monday to Friday (full time hours only)
  • Available immediately
  • Punctual and Reliable
  • A team player
  • Flexible in the duties that you will perform in the workplace
  • Clear and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Work to deadlines

Desirable experience in any of the following:

  • Extensive Customer Service experience – face to face or over the phone
  • Solid Accounting experience
  • Sales experience
  • Switchboard experience
  • Administration/Data Entry
  • Minute taking, arranging travel and working at a senior level

Desirable skills in any of the following:

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite– Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Accounting software packages – MYOB, Tech One, Finance One, Oracle, SAP, PRISM
  • Local government packages – Pathway or GoldCare Software

 
Some positions are available immediately and some are soon to commence. All are full time hours Monday to Friday,  some of these temp roles may lead to permanency.
