DESCRIPTION

Your new role:

As the Executive Assistant to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the management of the office, its reputation and outputs, including a wide range of projects and events, high-level administrative support and provide mature leadership and support for all operational staff.

As well as being an outstanding administrator, the role is a highly public-facing one, responsible for engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. Using your warn nature and professionalism, you will create strong bonds with staff, families and community groups.

Some of your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Correspondence and meeting management including the organisation of travel bookings and itineraries
  • Organising all aspects of events including guest lists, invitations, RSVP’s, facilities arrangements and catering
  • Calendar and inbox management
  • Minute taking and preparation of papers for the Board
  • Daily management of the office

About you:

As an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as an EA supporting at an executive level
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Extensive experience taking minutes and preparing Board papers
  • Advanced computer skills especially in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Unwavering integrity and confidentiality
