DESCRIPTION

Use your attention to detail and organisational skills to support the commercial team at MotorOne Group.

About the role:

  • $52K + super
  • Full time, permanent position
  • Enjoy your motorised desk on the 9th floor in their state-of-the-art office in Mulgrave (where you can see all the way to the bay)
  • Be part of a team that works hard but has a lot of fun too (Friday games, monthly lunches, onsite gaming room with table tennis, arcade machines and car racing games)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prompt, courteous and professional response to all correspondence via phone or email within KPI.
  • Undertake importing, processing and accurate data entry of new Fleet Orders within nominated KPI
  • Integrity of data is checked for accuracy and missing, or incorrect data which is submitted daily
  • Amending orders efficiently and accurately when requests come through
  • Coordinate and oversee electronic enquiries
  • Generate invoices and issue customer warranty documentation at the completion of each order within KPI
  • Maintain a daily log; New Orders Tally & Order Count
  • Full list of duties available within the Position Description upon request

  • An organised and proactive customer service star who can maintain customer satisfaction
  • Outstanding attention detail (this is the most crucial skill so your resume is a good place to start in demonstrating this skill)
  • Confident and friendly phone manner
  • Ability to work to set KPIs
  • An engaged team player who will contribute to the fun and overall success of the team
