Our client is an internationally recognised company of over 40 years who are retailers for over 60 award-winning brands! Working as a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time permanent position with a paid one-week trial and training period. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions with the support of your peers and management team based in Camberwell!

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
  • Effectively manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Proactively drive sales through outbound calling and lead generation

Your skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or high-volume call centre experience
  • Account management within a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
