About the role

Along with your strong communication skills and customer service, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high levels of knowledgeable Customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with Customers and Manufacturers based in Italy.
  • Scheduling Technicians interstate around Australia and in New Zealand.
  • Attending to general customer queries via phone calls and email, swiftly and accurately as per Della Tofolla standards, and policies.
  • Processing applications, ensuring orders are received, verified, and circulated accurately.
  • Using the existing record management systems to maintain records, manage documentation and coordinate work flow.
  • Being proactive by participating in continuous improvement processes.
  • Based in Preston, accessible by public transportation – walking distance from Northland Shopping Centre.

About you

  • Vibrant and confident – brings a positive attitude to work.
  • Experience in an inbound/outbound Customer service or sales role.
  • Strong relationship building and influential skills – Ability to successfully negotiate.
  • 3 years+ of customer service experience.
  • Salesforce software experience is highly desired.
  • Bilingual (Italian) is highly desired.
