Booking Administrator

DESCRIPTION

Using your customer service and problem-solving skills, you will be providing support to car dealerships and customers around Australia.

About the role:

  • Full time, permanent position
  • Located in Mulgrave – from your desk on the 9th floor you can see all the way to the bay
  • Spacious open plan office where you will have your own allocated motorised desk
  • $60K + super
  • Be part of a team that works hard but has a lot of fun too (Friday games, monthly lunches, onsite gaming room with ping pong, arcade machines and car racing games)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generate invoiced and issue warrant documentation
  • Maintain a daily customer service log
  • Action all delegated orders, update and maintain stock registers, maintain fleet company portals
  • Resolve product and service related issues
  • Create bookings for dealerships

What we’re looking for:

  • An organised and proactive customer service professional
  • Great attention detail
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and call a dealer to resolve an outstanding order
  • Ability to work to set KPIs
  • A fun colleague who will contribute to the overall atmosphere in the team
