DESCRIPTION

Using your passion for customer service and superior organisational skills, you will be providing support to customers for MotorOne Group’s Commercial Team.

About the role:

  • $60K + super
  • Full time, permanent position
  • Located in Mulgrave – from your desk on the 9th floor you can see all the way to the bay
  • Spacious open plan office where you will have your own allocated motorised desk
  • Be part of a team that works hard but has a lot of fun too (Friday games, monthly lunches, onsite gaming room with ping pong, arcade machines and car racing games)
  • Two positions available

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to MotorOne’s customers as you coordinate bookings
  • Generate invoices and issue warrant documentation
  • Maintain a daily customer service log
  • Action all delegated orders, update and maintain stock registers,
  • Resolve product and service related issues
  • Create bookings for c
