About Antons

Antons Mouldings is a leader in the wholesale supply of products to the Australian and New Zealand picture framing industry.
Now into its fifth decade of operation, Antons is an Australian-owned, family business built on the support of long-standing supplier relationships and the distribution of world-class products.

About the Position

As a member of the Antons customer service team your regular duties will include:

  • Receiving incoming customer phone calls and managing email correspondence.
  • Order taking – including keying in orders.
  • Following up orders with suppliers and freight companies.
  • Preparing customer quotes.
  • Liaising with warehouse staff.
  • General office duties.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience handling regular inbound calls.
  • Experience processing customer orders and overseeing the distribution of products to customers.
  • Ability to undertake a diverse range of duties in a busy office environment.
  • Confident MS Office skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
